This "game" is good extra practice for identifying the parts of speech. There is an easy setting for just verbs and nouns and a harder setting for all the parts of speech. (Students will be learning about all the parts of speech throughout the 6th grade and should be able to complete the harder level. )

Singular and plural
What is the plural of octopus? Octopi or octopuses? This is good practice for correctly pluralizing words, especially of difficult or irregular words. (Octopuses is correct.)
